A free consultation is provided to ensure a good fit for you with the therapist.  Consultation can be via phone or in person.  Therapy is hard work.  It is important that you feel comfortable with the therapist you choose to ensure the best possible outcome.  Unlike medical doctor appointments, there is active participation involving trust, effort, cost and time on your part to make the changes that you have identified to feel better.  I would encourage you to interview a few therapists to see who you feel best able to help you begin making the changes needed in your life to feel good again.

Rates for psychotherapy:  $150 initial assessment - 1 1/2 hours long,  $100 individual, family and couples counseling.  Sessions are 55 minutes for $100 and $60 for up to 30 minutes.  Affordable sliding fee scale  is available.   Payment is due at time of service. Payments can be made in cash, check or via PayPal.

 

Many situations are unfortunate and understandable but If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly give 24 hours notice.  Otherwise, a charge of $50.00 may be made for time reserved and due before the next scheduled appointment.
